We harvest and select only the finest coffee from each source, which involves several steps. First, the harvest is done manually from the best plants, ensuring that only the ripest beans are picked. These beans then undergo a rigorous selection process, eliminating any defective coffees and choosing only those of the highest quality. This careful harvesting and selection guarantee a coffee with rich flavors, balance, and unique characteristics that make our coffee one of the best in the world.
Organic Harvests

Careful Process
After the ripe beans are manually harvested, they are pulped and meticulously washed with clean, fresh water. This process removes impurities and mucilage, ensuring uniform, clean, and defect-free beans.
The dried beans are roasted in small batches under carefully controlled temperature curves. This artisanal roasting highlights the aromas, flavors, and unique properties of organic coffee, without losing nutrients or compromising its origin.
Once roasted, the coffee is naturally cooled and immediately packaged in airtight bags with a one-way valve. This packaging protects the beans from oxygen, moisture, and light, ensuring freshness, aroma, and quality until the moment of preparation.
